Shauntaya Hester

Executive Director

With Mrs. Taya holds an Associate’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a master’s in leadership and social Innovation. With over 20 years in social services and early childhood education. Shauntaya has helped families gain access to critical resources while ensuring quality care for children.

Ms. Chrissy has been a part of EOTO for 5 years. She was the first staff member at EOTO to earn her CDA credentials. She looks forward to furthering her education in childcare.

Ms. Tierra has been at Each One Teach One since 2021. She has worked in childcare for over 10 years. She received her Master’s of Education in Curriculum in Instruction in Early Education in May 2025.

With Ms. Karli has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from CalU. She has been working at EOTO since 2022. She just graduated from the Andy Warhol Academy for digital marketing.
