Meet the Administrative Team at Each One Teach One, the leaders who keep our programs running smoothly every day. From supporting families and staff to ensuring excellence across all locations, they are dedicated to creating a strong foundation for our children to thrive.

Shauntaya Hester

Mrs. Taya holds an associate’s degree in social work; a bachelor’s in criminal justice and a master’s in leadership and social Innovation. With over 20 years in social services and early childhood education. Shauntaya has helped families gain access to critical resources while ensuring quality care for children.

Ms. Chrissy has been a part of EOTO for 5 years. She was the first staff member at EOTO to earn her CDA credentials. She looks forward to furthering her education in childcare.

Ms. Brittany has a bachelor’s degree in social work from CalU. She has been working at EOTO since 2023 as a toddler teacher and has climbed the rank to Assistant Director.

Ms. Tierra has been at Each One Teach One since 2021. She has worked in childcare for over 10 years. She received her Master’s of Education in Curriculum in Instruction in Early Education in May 2025.

With Ms. Karli has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from CalU. She has been working at EOTO since 2022. She just graduated from the Andy Warhol Academy for digital marketing.

I just started working at EOTO February 2026. She is over 16 years of experience working with children. She is committed to pouring into them through engaging, uplifting and purposeful programs.

Ms. Bre has been working at EOTO since 2022. She is a certified Pastry Chef and is currently pursuing her degree in Hospitality and Event Management.
