CDA Program
At Each One Teach One Childcare & Learning Center, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of early childhood education by investing in our teachers’ professional growth. All of our teaching staff are required to enroll in the Child Development Associate (CDA) program, a nationally recognized credential that equips educators with essential knowledge and skills in child development, classroom management, and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
By completing the CDA program, our teachers deepen their understanding of how to create nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments. This ongoing commitment to education ensures that every child at Each One Teach One benefits from a team of qualified, passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and meaningful learning experiences.
Professional Development Days at Each One Teach One are all about growing and learning together. Our center was closed for two days so our teachers could pause from the classroom and focus on building their skills. We welcomed experienced professionals to guide our team through a full day of training, helping our staff stay inspired and prepared to give your little ones the very best care and support each day.
