Executive Director

Mrs. Taya holds an Associate’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s in Leadership and Social Innovation. With over 20 years in social services and early childhood education, Shauntaya has helped families gain access to critical resources while ensuring quality care for children.

Tierra Porter

Director of Enrollment

Ms. Tierra has been at Each One Teach One since February 2021. She has worked in childcare for over 10 years. She received her has a Master of Education in Curriculum in Instruction in Early Education in May.

Christina Ross

Assistant Director at Wilkinsburg

Ms. Chrissy has been a part of EOTO for EOTO for 3 years. She finished high school and received some college credits for criminal justice. She recently completed her CDA classes in April 2023 and she looks forward to furthering my career in childcare.

Brittany White

Ms. Brittany has a bachelor's degree in Social Work for CalU. She has been working at EOTO since 2023.

Kianna Ralph

Operations Manager

Ms. Ki has a strong background in office management and a genuine love for helping others, her organization, and caring nature makes her an essential part of the EOTO family.

Office Coordinator

Ms. Karli has a bachelor's degree in business administration from CalU. She has been working at EOTO since 2021. She just graduated from the Andy Warhol Academy for digital marketing.

Bre'Ya Porter

Food Service Coordinator

Ms. Bre has been working at EOTO since 2022. She is a certified Pastry Chef and is currently pursuing her degree in Hospitality and Event Management.
